- Place of shipment and delivery time
Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Lithuania.
Processing time: After placing an order, we will complete the inventory preparation and shipment within 15 to 30 working days (excluding holidays).
Logistics tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number. You can track the status of your package through the carrier’s official website.
- Delivery range and cost
Global delivery: We support shipping to most countries and regions. The system will automatically calculate the shipping fee at checkout.
Tariffs and taxes: The destination country may impose import taxes and fees, which shall be borne by the recipient themselves.
- Delay and Exception Handling
Customs delay: International transportation may be delayed due to customs inspection. It is recommended to reserve the time for receiving goods in advance.
Incorrect address: If the package is returned due to incorrect filling, the shipping fee needs to be paid again for reissuance.
